Today marks the final regular meeting of the Austin City Council under the at-large system with seven council members and the mayor.
While it's the council's last day, members certainly aren't taking the day off. The council agenda has a whopping 231 items and will likely stretch on long into the night, So far, that will install dimmable LED lights along Sixth Street, require landlords to accept Section 8 housing vouchers and even a resolution to bring autonomous cars to Austin.
